Project Overview:

This project involves designing a series of Islamic books in Malaysia, which are available in three different editions. Each edition is tailored to provide readers with valuable knowledge on various Islamic topics, and my role was to ensure that the design for each edition was unique while maintaining consistency across the entire collection. I worked on creating covers, layouts, and illustrations that would appeal to the target audience while reflecting the cultural and religious significance of the content.

Objectives:

Designed the covers for Islamic books, with the client's request to avoid showing any 'Islamic' elements on the cover. The design needed to appear neutral, so the books would not immediately convey their religious nature.

1st Chapter:

Back to Basics

A Return to The Fundamental Principles of Islam

2nd Chapter:

The First Six

An Introduction to The Noble Quran

3rd Chapter:

Faith in Practice

A chocolate Box of Reflections

Scope of Work:

I was tasked with designing the covers for a series of Islamic books, with the unique challenge that the client requested the covers not explicitly showcase any religious elements. The goal was to create a neutral and professional design that would appeal to a wide audience, while still reflecting the essence of the content. I focused on using subtle design elements and a sophisticated layout to convey the depth and importance of the material without directly highlighting its Islamic nature, ensuring the books appeared approachable and suitable for a broader market.
