Project Overview:

Mandated to design, implement and improve the visual communication strategy aimed for effective and efficient corporate branding mission. Having to devote over 5 years of service, managing multiple stakeholders and increasingly responsible for external public events, I had been proven to demonstrate with strong competency to manage Synergy Worldwide Indonesia’s vast arrays format of visual communication blueprint-implementation, including synchronizing the global corporate design identity compliance to its country offices’ visual communication roll-out and campaigns.

Objectives:

Since I understand the marketing strategy, the purpose of it is to promote both existing and new products, as well as to organize events for product launches. Additionally, the strategy includes planning trips for members who have achieved specific targets, rewarding their hard work and motivating further success.

Scope of Work:

High proficiency in most common graphic design tools (software), strong competency in digital & social media roll-out marketing strategy and development of creative contents across platforms, specifically on formats appealing to younger generation (millennial) deemed as strategic group market sector, I have been entrusted to contribute strategically to several interim group or steering committee responsible for all-round (from pre to post-event) of national-scale corporate marketing campaign program during the 2018 budget and/or exclusive corporate’s public & partnership events, including outreach sessions to certain niche group of clients and media relations support when required.

Being part of a dynamic team of 3-15 persons. Where among several mission-critical tasks, also managing series of recurring work to include weekly editing of health’s training video materials produced by Corporate Nutritionist and/or Medical Advisors; provision of creative advise on digital contents and develop overall visual communication & graphic design concepts for events and regular program implemented on various formats.

Trip overseas on March 2016 joint Star Cruise Trip as documentation & promotion design, and also on February 2018 joint Genting Dream Cruise Trip to handle event (health check and grand recognition)
